SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We offer shipping to certain parts of the southern US and parts of Texas for an additional fee depending on availability. Buyer may also arrange for ground shipping through a third party. Contact us for more information.

DEPOSITS

A $250 deposit that goes towards the total price of the puppy is required to hold a puppy. Without a deposit all available puppies are subject to sale. Deposits are generally non-refundable. Deposits may be made with PayPal or a check if paying at least 21 days before pick-up. 

 

RESERVING A FUTURE PUPPY

Deposits on future litters are specific to generation, gender, coat type, color, activity level and personality.  Choices will be made on a first come basis with therapy animals taking priority. Deposits on a future litter may be made before the litter is born.  A waiting list may be started to reserve a puppy from specific parents if the estimated number of reservation spots are full.

HOLDS

We will only hold a puppy until eight weeks of age and up to one week after unless specifically agreed upon prior to the purchase. There will be a $10 a day charge paid in advance and potential additional fees for vaccinations and preventative care past 9 weeks of age.

 

RETURNS

Returns are generally not accepted on puppies due to the nature of disease and parasite exposure in their new environments. If a puppy is returned there will be no reimbursement paid to buyer.

 GUARANTEE

A genetic and health warranty is included with the sale of each puppy. Puppies come with a three-year genetic warranty and a 48-hour parvovirus and distemper warranty. We are not responsible for future vet care once the puppy leaves us unless specifically stated and outlined in the signed contract.

 

HOW TO PAY

The remaining balance must be paid in cash or Paypal at the time of pick-up. We do not currently accept Zelle, CashApp, Apple Pay or any other platform except for Paypal. We will NOT accept checks, cashier's checks, or money orders on the day of pick up or within 21 days prior to pick-up.

Goldendoodlepuppiesintx.com will never disclose ANY of your personal information to anyone at any time unless required by law. Personal information is stored to allow for warranty and contract obligations, as well as marketing purposes, and is not disclosed to any third party except what is required by our registries.
